- How can I track my order?
- Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Can I cancel or modify my order?
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Please email us with photos of the product and packaging at support@naamkari.com within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Do you ship internationally?
