Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

1. Damaged Package

   If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

   • Take photos and videos before opening.
   • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
   • Share your Order ID and supporting images.
2. Incorrect Address

   Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

   Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
