Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered from NaamKari. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy
   • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
   • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom name plates, 3D cutouts).
   • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Exchanges
   • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
   • Email us photos of the issue at support@naamkari.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refunds
   • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
   • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
